What Do You Want From Your Practice?

If you want to get stronger, more flexible, and more balanced (literally and figuratively), like to learn about anatomy, and like to laugh while you practice, come join us. However, if you’re looking for a deeply spiritual practice, lots of hands-on adjustments, or instruction that leads you into intricate arm-balances, there are many excellent teachers out there for you. I would be happy to recommend one, but I am not that teacher.
